Isaiah 62 יְשַׁעְיָהוּ פרק ס״ב

   For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth.

   And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.

   וְהָיִיתve/ha/YITand-you-shall-beעֲטֶרֶתa/TE/reta-crown-ofתִּפְאֶרֶתtif/E/retgloryבְּיַד־יְהֹוָהbe/YAD-Adonaiin-the-hand-of-the-LORD[וּצְנִיף]u/tse/NIFand-a-diademמְלוּכָהme/lu/KHAroyalבְּכַף־אֱלֹהָיִךְ׃be/KHAF-e/lo/HA/yikhin-the-hand-of-your-God

   Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.

   Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzi-bah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.

   כִּי־יִבְעַלki-yiv/ALfor-as-marriesבָּחוּרba/CHURa-young-manבְּתוּלָהbe/tu/LAa-virginיִבְעָלוּךְyiv/a/LUKHshall-marry-youבָּנָיִךְba/NA/yikhyour-sonsוּמְשׂוֹשׂu/me/SOSand-as-the-joy-ofחָתָןcha/TANthe-bridegroomעַל־כַּלָּהal-kal/LAover-the-brideיָשִׂישׂya/SISshall-rejoiceעָלַיִךְa/LA/yikhover-youאֱלֹהָיִךְ׃e/lo/HA/yikhyour-God

   For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.

   I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence,

   וְאַל־תִּתְּנוּve/AL-tit/te/NUand-give-notדֳמִיdo/MIrestלוֹloto-Himעַד־יְכוֹנֵןad-ye/kho/NENtill-He-establishesוְעַד־יָשִׂיםve/AD-ya/SIMand-till-He-makesאֶת־יְרוּשָׁלַ͏ִםet-Ye/ru/sha/LA/yimJerusalemתְּהִלָּהte/hil/LAa-praiseבָּאָרֶץ׃ba/A/retsin-the-earth

   And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

   נִשְׁבַּעnish/BAhas-swornיְהֹוָהAdonaithe-LORDבִּימִינוֹbi/mi/NOby-His-right-handוּבִזְרוֹעַu/viz/RO/aand-by-the-arm-ofעֻזּוֹuz/ZOHis-strengthאִם־אֶתֵּןim-et/TENI-will-not-giveאֶת־דְּגָנֵךְet-de/ga/NEKHyour-cornעוֹדodagainמַאֲכָלma/a/KHALfoodלְאֹיְבַיִךְle/oy/VA/yikhto-your-enemiesוְאִם־יִשְׁתּוּve/IM-yish/TUand-shall-not-drinkבְנֵי־נֵכָרve/NE-ne/KHARthe-sons-of-the-strangerתִּירוֹשֵׁךְti/ro/SHEKHyour-wineאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichיָגַעַתְּya/GA/attyou-have-laboredבּוֹ׃bofor-it

   The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn to be meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:

   כִּיkibutמְאַסְפָיוme/as/FAYVits-gatherersיֹאכְלֻהוּyo/khe/LU/hushall-eat-itוְהִלְלוּve/hil/LUand-praiseאֶת־יְהֹוָהet-Adonaithe-LORDוּמְקַבְּצָיוu/me/kab/be/TSAYVand-its-collectorsיִשְׁתֻּהוּyish/TU/hushall-drink-itבְּחַצְרוֹתbe/chats/ROTin-the-courts-ofקׇדְשִׁי׃kod/SHImy-holiness

   But they that have gathered it shall eat it, and praise the LORD; and they that have brought it together shall drink it in the courts of my holiness.

    עִבְרוּiv/RUgo-throughעִבְרוּiv/RUgo-throughבַּשְּׁעָרִיםbash/she/a/RIMin-the-gatesפַּנּוּpan/NUprepareדֶּרֶךְDE/rekhthe-way-ofהָעָםha/AMthe-peopleסֹלּוּSOL/lucast-upסֹלּוּSOL/lucast-upהַמְסִלָּהham/sil/LAthe-highwayסַקְּלוּsak/ke/LUclearמֵאֶבֶןme/E/venfrom-stonesהָרִימוּha/RI/mulift-upנֵסnesa-standardעַל־הָעַמִּים׃al-ha/am/MIMover-the-peoples

    Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.

    הִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdיְהֹוָהAdonaithe-LORDהִשְׁמִיעַhish/MI/ahas-proclaimedאֶל־קְצֵהel-ke/TSEto-the-end-ofהָאָרֶץha/A/retsthe-earthאִמְרוּim/RUsayלְבַת־צִיּוֹןle/VAT-tsiy/YONto-the-daughter-of-Zionהִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdיִשְׁעֵךְyish/EKHyour-salvationבָּאbacomesהִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdשְׂכָרוֹse/kha/ROHis-rewardאִתּוֹit/TOwith-Himוּפְעֻלָּתוֹu/fe/ul/la/TOand-His-recompenseלְפָנָיו׃le/fa/NAYVbefore-Him

    Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.

    וְקָרְאוּve/ka/re/Uand-they-shall-callלָהֶםla/HEMto-themעַם־הַקֹּדֶשׁam-hak/KO/deshthe-holy-peopleגְּאוּלֵיge/u/LEthe-redeemed-ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe-LORDוְלָךְve/LAKHand-youיִקָּרֵאyik/ka/REshall-be-calledדְרוּשָׁהDe/ru/SHASought-outעִירira-cityלֹאlonotנֶעֱזָבָה׃ne/e/ZA/vaforsaken

    And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.
